Collateral-free working capital loan for MSME Exporters
Great News for MSME Exporters Now they can opt for collateral-free working capital loans from banks.
Under the Export Promotion Mission NIRYAT PROTSAHAN, the Government of India has launched Collateral Support for Export Credit with immediate effect.
The Government will provide collateral security to banks on behalf of eligible MSME exporters, making it easier to get export-related working capital loans.
Key highlights:
✔️ Credit guarantee up to 85% for Micro & Small exporters and 65% for Medium exporters
✔️ Maximum guarantee up to ₹10 crore per exporter (FY 2025–26)
✔️ Applicable only for export-linked working capital
✔️ Implemented through CGTMSE
