New Consolidated Customs Duty Notification effective from November 1, 2025

To enhance Ease of Doing Business and promote transparency, the CBIC has consolidated 31 separate Customs Duty notifications into one comprehensive document – Notification No. 45/2025, effective from November 1, 2025.

Importers, exporters, and customs brokers can now refer to this single notification for all duty exemptions and reliefs.
